The RAMP Volunteer Learning Pack v02 brings together the learning resources used throughout the RAMP Learning Hub.
It is designed to help you become familiar with the resources and more confident using them when supporting someone with the NHS App.
You do not need to memorise the pack or work through everything before you begin.
The Learning Pack contains nine individual RAMP resources.
You do not need to become familiar with all of them. You can choose to focus on the resources that are most relevant to the support you are comfortable providing.
For example, you might focus on Getting Started and the Guides without becoming involved in device readiness.
Each part can be used on its own, so you can build your familiarity over time.
The nine resources are also available individually. This means you can preview, download or print just the part you want to use.

Help someone explore what they want to do and how they would prefer to proceed.
6. G1 — Self-Help Guide
For someone who would like to work through the process independently.
7. G2 — Support Guide
For someone who would like another person to work alongside them.
8. G3 — Preparation Guide
Help identify what may need to be in place before progressing.
9. G4 — Using the NHS App
Support someone in finding and using common NHS App services.
